Susanna has over six years experience in the meeting and events industry, specializing in medical meetings. She received her Healthcare Meeting Compliance Certification (HMCC) in 2023 from Meeting Professionals International (MPI). Susanna graduated from Indiana University, Indianapolis with a degree in Tourism, Conventions, and Event Management as well as a Kelley School of Business Certificate.
