Tracy has over 15 years experience in non-profit and foundation management. Previous positions include Executive Director of the Santa Clara City Library Foundation, Philanthropy Manager for the Silicon Valley Community Foundation and Chief Development Officer for the Heathier Kids Foundation. She earned her BA at San Diego State University and a JD at the University of San Diego.
