Susanna has over six years experience in the meeting and events industry, specializing in medical meetings. She received her Healthcare Meeting Compliance Certification (HMCC) in 2023 from Meeting Professionals International (MPI). Susanna graduated from Indiana University, Indianapolis with a degree in Tourism, Conventions, and Event Management as well as a Kelley School of Business Certificate.

Amy Trinh Dam

Staff accountant Amy Trinh Dam holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from San Francisco State University.  She has a strong understanding of accounting procedures and efficiently manages all functions of financial processing for multiple client associations at HollandParlette.  Amy has previously served other firms with tax preparation and as a staff accountant.

Brenna Lechner

Brenna is a Membership & Communications coordinator for three client associations. She earned a degree in Marketing & Operations Management from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business, and has prior experience in events, communications, and brand management.
