HollandParlette was selected to provide full-service association management to the 2,200-member California Association of Nurse Anesthetists (CANA) beginning September 1, 2018. CANA is one of the largest state chapters of the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA). CANA conducts regular educational meetings, produces a widely read news bulletin, participates in legislative activities in both Sacramento and Washington D.C., and due to its committed activism to making positive legislative, regulatory, and professional gains, Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) today enjoy an independent and respected scope of practice providing quality health care for Californians.
HollandParlette was hired by NAIOP San Francisco Chapter in December 2013. At that time the organization was struggling to keep on track and was operating with a part-time administrator and no support staff. Membership hovered at around 350. In just four years with HollandParlette's team supporting them, the chapter has doubled its membership and program attendance is soaring. The chapter was recently recognized by its national organization, NAIOP, in Washington, DC with the NAIOP Chapter of the Year Award. HollandParlette's Alison Corley, CAE serves as Executive Director.
The Structural Engineers Association of Northern California (SEAONC), for which HollandParlette has provided association management services since 1990, recognized Ken Miles with a special recognition award on June 7, 2016 for his outstanding contributions to the association as its Executive Director.
NAIOP, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association, presented HollandParlette Principal Kerry Parker, CAE, with the NAIOP Chapter Executive of the Year Award. The award was presented at the Chapter Merit Awards ceremony held during NAIOP’s Chapter Leadership & Legislative Retreat in Washington, D.C on February 10, 2016. Parker was chosen to receive the coveted award from a field of 52 chapters globally. She and her team at HollandParlette were recognized for the role they have played in the NAIOP San Francisco Bay Area Chapter’s record-setting success in membership and sponsorship growth over the past two years. Over this time, they helped shape chapter strategy and led implementation to achieve a 28% increase in membership in the chapter and almost 40% increase in sponsorship revenue. Over this time, the NAIOP San Francisco Bay Area Chapter has risen to become the 11th largest chapter in the NAIOP chapter network and is one of the fastest growing.
